Looking and actually purchasing home definitely had its work put into it . However our real estate agent and our loan officer Cole and Madison really were magnificent always checked in and never left me in the dark and answered all questions even if it were just to reinsure me. It was very helpful to have the app that allowed for constant communication and updates for required documents and assigned to do list. The only problem I had with the whole process was I got told an shown one price for closing cost in the beginning then at the end a way more expensive price. Our real estate agent an Becca got it figured out in the end tho. But other then that things went pretty well.
