For 3 years, he stood by me through the entire homebuying journey, showing patience, professionalism, and genuine care every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and never gave up on helping me achieve my dream of becoming a homeowner. On August 22nd, I finally closed on my home, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Neil’s commitment and guidance. Overall the experience was well. Joe did a phenomenal job, was always in contact with me, and reaching out to answer questions or concerns. As the process went through other portions of the loans, the community did drop from the original. As we got closer to the closing date things that I anticipated would have been done days prior were not done till a day before or the closing date. Being new to the VA loan process I am not sure if this is the normal process , but communication would be key reassuring the Veteran and bringing piece of mind.
Curtis and Anthony as a team are the best, first time home buyer and they had answers for everything on the spot. Highly recommend both of them!
