Although VU is remote, having a local agent meant we had immediate access if needed. Amie went above and beyond to ensure we were supported at every turn. There were some glitches on the buyers team which she was able to rectify quickly once she had the info. Would highly recommend her!!

Our loan process with Veterans United was by far the easiest and least stressful home buying experience we have had. Combined, this is our 6th home purchase. Chris Lunn was extremely helpful, and answered all questions completely. He presented all options available, which was helpful in making informed decisions. Greg Fallert was our loan coordinator, and kept everything on track and provided regular updates. He also sent regular status reports to the builder and our realtor to make sure required documents were submitted on time. This enabled us to meet the deadline and close on time.Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable, creating an awesome working relationship.
