Overall, a great experience. This is my 2nd time using Veteran’s United and if I buy another house with the VA loan, there will be a 3rd. John and his team, excluding Brendan, are great at what they do and I recommend them to anyone in my personal circle using a VA loan.

He was quick to answer our questions, especially as we worked through the details of our VA home loan, and he made the whole process feel much easier to understand.One thing that really stood out to us was the personal touch. When one home we tried to put an offer on fell through, Justin was genuinely sympathetic and encouraging.
