Can not Stress this enough VU was fantastic! As a first home buyer there were a lot of nerves and the VU team were about as reassuring and comforting a professional can be! Greta team, smooth process, and great UI for app. To do checklist, smoothness of document uploads, and being able to digitally sign many of the necessary documents made closing headspinningly fast. As first time homebuyers, we honestly expected much more hassle and red tape and haggling. The service here makes me proud to contribute to the funding fee for other veterans to get into homes they own and don't have to keep enriching landlords
My entire team from top to bottom deserves a raise, they were fantastic through the whole process. I'm first time home buyer and didnt really understand the process but they remained patient and thoughtful the whole time. I really cant say enough great things about all of them. Honestly an amazing experience from start to finish! Can’t think of a single thing that I would change… Love that the entire team worked around my schedule. If I was working and missed their call, they would follow with a email, and/or text, and allowed me to respond whichever way worked best for me!… Also love that almost everything that needed to be done on my end was available on the Veterans United websites ‘To-Do List’. And could be completed at anytime (some of which I finished at 3 am). Extremely convenient!
