Madison was very honest i.e. she didn't lead me on by saying I could get approved for more than my budget would allow just to get me to use them. She also answered every question in a very timely manner.
Bryce tried to charge me 17k closing. Then matched a quote i got from another lender for 10k and 4.99 first year. The seller paid 7400 in closing so my closing should of been 4k. With a bate and switch he charged 14k in closing on wet signature day.

This was the first time in my life I have ever felt taken care of. For as stressful as buying a first home can be, Veterans United did everything and then some to help me through the process. I am glad that I went with them.
The entire process went very well. Everyone was very helpful. They promptly answered any questions and resolved any issues. The only issue would be closing costs. We received multiple closing cost estimates ranging from 12,000 to -2,000. We did not get our final closing costs until the morning of closing and there was still friction the day of to determine if those numbers were correct or not. Overall we are happy with our service.
