I was so pleasantly surprised in how quickly they answer questions and helpful every single team member that was assigned to me in this adventure we call homeownership were to me. The clarity from Veterans United in any question I asked left me confident in what I was getting into and truly helped eliminate the fears of buying a home. Then out of nowhere we get a personalized handwritten card (not some premade and stamped) from my team manager Kelly (she is great!) along with a lovely picture of a map in a frame of our new address. Super helpful throughout the whole process, answered any and all questions, always reached out to see if I was still excited, noticed me of any upcoming dates or paperwork needed! At the end they even sent me alittle gift basket for my new home!


Ian Reed was great to work with he did everything he could in his power to get me into my new house and I certainly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Tanner Smith it took a little while to get in contact with him but, afterwards he took very good care of me and I appreciate everything that he did as well. Just like I told both of them communication is everything when it comes to dealing with big issues like buying a house and I'm very huge on communication. But overall my team did a fantastic job and I would not be in my beautiful house without them and their hard work. Plus, my four legged kids enjoyed their treat basket that was sent I thought that was lovely thank you guys so much and I surely will tell everyone that comes across that is associated with the veterans that you all made it a success.
