I was totally satisfied with the courtesy and service I received from Steven Ross and team from VU. Their communication was on point and my refinance went very smoothly.

The team I had helping me with refinancing was truly amazing, helpful and the communication was spot on.


I've used Veterans United more than once and will continue to use them in the future. Their staff are extremely easy to work with, they are informative, and are always easy to reach. I'd recommend VU to anyone.

If I could give you a zero or less I would have. The inconsistency, lack of communication, lack of compassion, inability to provide me with answers, and that’s just what I can think of right now. I am actually appalled at how bad the experience went like quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with any company let alone with a company that deals in home loans. I would go with any other company out there, Joe’s home loans down the road would probably be a better option. I asked on multiple occasions for policy paperwork and never got it, promised my full escrow returned to me, got 1/3 of it and took another month to get the rest. Stay away from this company.

A home loan is a major life event, and you deserved clear communication, compassion, and follow-through.
