Tony was great he made it happen it was a very short process. When we had questions he was there to answer anytime of the day are night.
I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.

Buying a home can be stressful at times, but Kayla, Kelly, and the rest of the team were always available to answer my questions. Crystaline was absolutely amazing . The process was flawless . The only thing was with Catrina Heath. In short … she pulled a fire alarm for a fire that didn’t exist . Catrina , words carry a lot of weight during this time and my only advice to you is to check how you are communicating with your customers, and check in with your partners before sending out something that gravely impacts months of planning and hard deadlines . Lastly , an answer back is better than no answer at all , I know life is busy for us all but it is no excuse to leave myself and others on my side without a response for days . Respectfully , do better for the next people and good luck.
