Rachel, Erin, and the rest of the team were great! This is my second time working with Rachel and both times the process was very smooth. From application to closing the team was with us every step of the way, and were able to accommodate a fast closing time line. They ever gave us a kind gift for the birth of our daughter. I will be returning to VU for any future home purchase.
The process is what is frustrating and can be stressful but the team really helped me through it and we’re more than patient with me my realtor and were understanding of ones situation.

Got passed around several times than finally got aligned with Chris Holdman. Chris was good and made himself available whenever I had questions. I would recommend Chris.Closing was overly stressful, paperwork was completed 20 min before close of business the day before closing. Hard to figure out if it was VU or the closing attorney.The app was great as was the "to do" list. Kept me on track.
