I looked into them over a year ago but they don't do construction loans. They continued to reach out and see if I was still interested. I thought the other mortgage company was going to be good but they started to act dumb, passing off issues to others in the company and didn't know how to do their job. Made the switch and it was not only easy but very transparent. If I had questions, they responded immediately and if they didn't have the answer they let me know but they also worked to get it. It was a small team but very efficient. Can't sing the praises enough.

They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and they have unequivocally earned my trust and respect. Based on my experience over the last several years (which includes a VA loan, a VA loan refinance at a lower rate, and I don't know how many questions in between), I can't image doing business with anyone else, and I hope I never have to.
