Never in my life have I been so shuffled from agent to agent, failures to return calls and constantly resending documents to different places. This made us feel as if we were getting nowhere and that we might not get the home as desired. We were on pins and needles up until the last day. Not a smooth transaction at all.

My experience with Veterans United, and in particular with Jeff Magsamen and his team, has been phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and they have unequivocally earned my trust and respect. Based on my experience over the last several years (which includes a VA loan, a VA loan refinance at a lower rate, and I don't know how many questions in between), I can't image doing business with anyone else, and I hope I never have to.
What can I say other than how impressed I was and am with how your whole team basically took me by the hand in a process as nerve wracking as this and leading me through it all step by step to a very satisfying end. Honestly underwriting is stressful with anyone but they made it easy and were on top of it! I also really enjoyed the house warming gift I received in the mail based off of a short conversation I had with one of the staff early on in the process. So cool!!! I was not expecting it!! I overall felt like I was getting taken care of the whole way till closing. Great people over there.
Rob and team made the entire process easy for me. I know they were working hard behind the scenes to make my experience amazing. If I could give the team an 11 I would. Communication was great, I always knew what was going on all the way to closing. Highly recommend Veterans United.

First off, Andrew Beckett was the star of the show. He was the most honest, upfront, and just genuinely cool guy. He answered every question and responded almost instantly every time I reached out, even when he was on vacation! Veterans United and the team they gave was top tier and my wife and I will definitely use them again!
