Even with my slightly complex financial situation with being a military widow, being self-employed and some other intricacies---we still managed to close on time, within about 30 days. I did not think it was possible but it all worked out.
Overall the team did pretty good and got my wife and I into our new home which is all we can ask for. However, sometimes the process felt unorganized with the amount of different people we had to talk to and seemingly lack of communication between them. I understand that each member is working numerous cases and it can get jumbled up but it’s frustrating when something is said that has already been covered or isn’t relevant to our case.
