My only concern, if you can call it that, more like a hiccup. We had a last minute (30 mins before closing) question from the underwriter after being "cleared to close" for a while. I understand it happens and is in their rights, but rattled us a bit. Other than this, great job!
I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. The whole team has been nothing short of amazing and spectacular to say the least and I started this journey with casey and a credit advisor and a low credit score that was very weak and please forgive me for not remembering soni in most of this because if casey didn’t refer me to him I would not be a home owner today they stuck with me and guided me in this direction and had just as much faith and loyalty in me as I have in them and boy am I greatful.
