The Veterans United portal and app were both very easy to use and made all of the paper easy to sign. Paul's team was great to work with and was quick to respond to any of our questions. They worked well with us while we juggled multiple life transitions at once.

My husband and I recently bought our first home, so a good friend recommended Veterans United Home Loans Clarksville to us. Going into the home-buying process, we honestly thought it was going to be stressful, long, and exhausting. Thankfully, it was nothing like we expected.
Dylan was the person who handled our loan, and from our very first appointment, he was great. He really took the time to listen to us, answer all of our questions, and explain things when we didn't understand something. He was always friendly, respectful, and willing to help, even outside of normal business hours. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process that sometimes we forgot how big of a process we were actually going through.
We also have to mention Amanda. She was always so kind and helpful, and both her and Dylan kept us updated and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
The Veterans United app was also a huge help. Honestly, it was a blessing! Being able to see our documents, check what we needed to do, and send messages all in one place made everything so much easier.
By the time we got to closing, it honestly felt like we had known Dylan and Amanda forever. My husband and I left the closing so happy and relieved.
