I’m an old guy that doesn’t really understand banker talk. I also have a combat related brain injury. Trevor was more than patient. He walked me through every step no matter how many times I needed it repeated or broken down more simple. He never let anything proceed until I thoroughly understood each step or change. I have worked with Charles and VU a few times already and they definitely make the process smooth and seamless. Buying a house is a stressful life event but working with Veterans United eased the burden significantly. I would (and do) recommend VU every time.
