Simply put we got in a bind because of another mortgage services misinformation and PHIL swept in and saved the day. HE IS AMAZING, Veterans United is amazing. I especially love the level of integration on the web site and app. You can simply enter in your info and viola your income, addresses, employment history is all imported in and verified.
All I can say, is that if you’re lucky enough to get Mike on your team, your experience will be even better. The team from Veterans United that helped me out was phenomenal. This was my first home buying process, so I thought it was going to be terribly overwhelming. But it was not even close to overwhelming due to the team that helped me out. They were always there to answer any and all questions that I had and they answered me back in a timely manner.
I cannot thank Veterans United enough. They made this process extremely simple. The hardest part of this whole process was deciding what house I wanted. I never felt pressured to do anything and they were always willing to answer any questions I had. They didn’t just help me buy a house, they are the reason why I got a home. They truly were a God send.
I only give a 7 due to my first loan officer I was assigned was nonexistent. I couldn’t get an answer via phone email or anything. Once we swapped to Beth Fletcher out of Oklahoma we went from 0-10 minutes. But Vetrans United only gets a 7.
