I especially love the level of integration on the web site and app. You can simply enter in your info and viola your income, addresses, employment history is all imported in and verified.

The team from Veterans United that helped me out was phenomenal. This was my first home buying process, so I thought it was going to be terribly overwhelming. But it was not even close to overwhelming due to the team that helped me out. They were always there to answer any and all questions that I had and they answered me back in a timely manner.

I cannot thank Veterans United enough. They made this process extremely simple. The hardest part of this whole process was deciding what house I wanted. I only give a 7 due to my first loan officer I was assigned was nonexistent. I couldn’t get an answer via phone email or anything. Once we swapped to Beth Fletcher out of Oklahoma we went from 0-10 minutes. But Vetrans United only gets a 7.
