Painless application process with daily assistance and guidance to the next steps and procedures. All documentations review and signatures done online. Process communications all coordinated and backed with text, email and voice communication, real-time. Great team. Very painful process with the bank/government funds verification. I felt like a criminal, a Sr. Citizen money laundering Whore. The Banks/Government staff should investigates Joe Biden, and politicians money laundering operations. I recommend firing all those government staff doing investigations and audit of my small/nickel and dime money transfers. Why should I prove to the world that I'm not a "money laundering Whore" with my small retirement funds.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Stephanie Pantaleo and Rachel Bruce were very prompt and patient with me from the beginning through the end of the loan approval and closing escrow process. They made everything easy to understand and uploading the documents to the VU website with your account was unbelievably fast and easy as well secure! I would recommend VU to all homebuyers!
I want to give another thank you To George Pardalos , Credit Consultant he helped me learn about credit . Because I had no credit nor was nit educated on credit before hand. And if it wasn't for George I Wouldn't Have A Credit Score. Nor would I have known the importance of building credit. So I'm extremely grateful for George!!
