Sometimes hard to get to talk to a loan officer about questions. They did respond when needed. My loan actually closed a few days later than expected. I don't know if it was because of workload....but I know I always provided my info within minutes or at most a couple of hours when needed. I wasn't in a particular hurry in my circumstance, but for some clients it might have really messed things up.
