Early as possible should detail exactly what (all) documents are required and to what extent and should upfront inform the Veteran the exact participation requirements of the spouse. Informing the Veteran allows the Veteran to more timely produce required documentation, make decisions on whether or not to move forward with Veterans United, and ensure availability of the spouse.
The whole experience was great. Any questions I had were answered and everyone was professional. The most important thing was no one gave me the impression that I was being rushed into a sale.
