The team was excellent! They were communicative, answered all my questions and made sure everyone was working according to the rules and on time. I thought this would be stressful since it was online but veterans united made it so easy!

Not very cohesive. Communication was not optimal. Seemed like the person working our loan was new to the process and dropped the ball on several issues. Thankfully, Julia stepped in to attempt to correct the issues. Was not a very professional or competent process.

Mary Davis exemplified outstanding customer service. You could literally hear her smiles and enthusiasm through the telephone. She was always helpful, sharing insight no matter the time of day or night. There are a few things/events that occur in life that always seem to coincide with stress, having a baby and of course buying a home, however in this experience, stress was an emotion that I did not feel for once and for that I’m truly grateful. I would highly recommend Mary to family, friends.
