They were prompt in their replies to emails and texts, and helped me stay informed as to what documents they needed me to review and sign via the MyVU app. So long as I was quick to act, they were quick to follow up and it keep the process rolling along swiftly.
Electronically signing everything they needed throughout the process was easy in itself, and made closing later on ridiculously quick and easy!
I lucked out and found our new home so suddenly that I didn't get to do much with a Home Buying Concierge, unfortunately. If Tiowana's anything like the rest of the team, that would've been a fabulously easy experience as well, I'm sure!

This was my first home buying experience, so I really would not know any better. However, I didn't have any headaches, worries or misunderstandings at all. If I asked a question, it was answered, if it didn't makes sense to me, it was properly explained. So I'd Veterans United has been great with my experience.
