Veterans United is the only company I would recommend. From start to finish the process was very easy! I am fortunate to have Aaron Maxson and his team ride with me. If I had any questions or concerns, it was almost immediatly addressed and remedied. Aaron and his team not only made me feel welcomed, I felt like family with them. I will only deal with Veterans United in the future.

Thisnis the 2nd time we have gone thru Veterans united. First was to buy our current home while selling the house we were living in. That process could not have gone better down to.coordinating both closings on the same day. 2nd time was a refinance and again the process was seemless. This is my third times working with Josh, and that explains a lot about his service as a loan officer. He always make time for us, and his responses are very quick. I would give him more than a 10 for sure.
Everyone we worked with was great, never felt rushed and always got answers when they were asked. The user interface on the VU website was miles ahead of anyone else's, everything was right there and easy to understand, a huge time saver when going back to previous loan estimates or checking on documentation needed. The refinance process is a bear but it was made relatively painless by VU. We'd use VU again.
