Jeff, Durell, Shelbi and Abbie were all great. We started out with loan officer Jeff, he was great and then he got promoted. Then we got Rich he was a loan officer that we had for a very short time he was horrible, almost made us want to walk away until I called and we got switched over to Durell. She did a great job.

The back and forth with underwriting was slightly annoying, but I understand the need for the back and forth. So overall, my experience with VU was easy and I recommend them.

This is the second time I’ve secured a VA loan through Veterans United. They were just as great as the first time I used them. Every employee was pleasant, helpful, and professional. We didn’t experience a single hiccup for either loan. Will use them a third time if/when necessary!
