The team in a whole did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to ensure me and my family had the help we needed in our last minute pcs decision to purchase a home. Absolutely amazing!
Everything went well except for a delay with the appraiser’s report. My loan officer, Tyler Oakley, reached out to the VA to inform them the appraiser did not meet the 10 day requirement to complete the appraisal. The final report was received very soon after Tyler was informed of the delay and took action.
