The documents requested are not the long list most mortgage companies and lenders require. That was so nice.

Tony and his team did an excellent job with my refi. They were able to insure I had all my paperwork and forms completed in a timely manor. They were responsive to any and all of my questions and if I did not understand a part of the process they took the time to explain it so that I understood what was happening and the steps needed to complete the process.


Josh Jennett and his team work quickly and answer all your questions. I've been working with them for over three years since I got my first mortgage. They have notified me when refinances were beneficial and always kept me informed. I appreciate Josh and his team for all they do. Go with Veteran's United!


Anyone on the team I spoke with was extremely helpful and available to answer any question I had. They always kept me in the loop of what was happening.

The beginning of the process was easy and smooth, but it quickly turned into an unpleasant experience. Be careful of Nathan Anderson NMLS 1406929 and his “Team”. They’ll talk and butter you up ensuring everything is going smooth. But they are quick to make mistakes making delays in closing. Also they failed to have payments sent out in a timely manner causing you to have late fees and more interest charges that you’ll have to end up paying on your own. They will not fix anything or make any attempt to correct their errors. You’ll get passed off to another “Team” member that will just say the same things about how they are taking care of it. But you’ll have to do the leg work yourself. They are just another loan company, nothing sets them a part from any either company. Don’t let the “Veteran” title and formality fool you. They still have yet to reimburse me as they said they would for the late fees and extra interest fees I’ve occurred due to their negligence. Beware of what you’re getting yourself into. I will never recommend or use Veterans United again.
