I honestly was really disappointed. Poor communication, poor customer service, always waiting till the last minute to request additional information, in gerneral not knowing the specifics of my loan before calling or sending emails. Needless phone calls in the middle of the work day. 1st house deal fell through after a lot of fumbles and we still received a "Welcome to your New Home" gift. Made my wife really upset and in general was a really dumb mistake on their part. Just because it says veterans doesn't mean its the best place for veterans. Pick another company if you prefer not having additional stress with your home buying experience. All in all I still got a home, but it was mostly on the shoulders of my realtor.

The entire team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Brooke Roberts(Senior Credit Consultant) started us with this proccess in January ensuring we knew what goals we needed to achieve in order to secure a credit score to get us qualified. Emmett Rogers(Senior Loan Officer) answered every single question, believe me there were alot, and answered the phone every single time I called to ask questions and to let me know where we stood with the proccess. Selina Culp( Senior Loan Coordinator) guided us through the underwriting and getting everything squared away to ensure the loan went through. Nathan Jett with Veterans United Insurance went through mutlitiple companies to ensure us the best rate droppedthe price of our insurance by almost $100 a month. Overall the Veterans United Team went ABOVE and BEYOND. They are phenomenal in every aspect and my family could not be more thankful we had them by our side during this proccess.
