Veterans United has been helpful from the beginning. After shopping around various lenders this one stood out to me better than the others. No spam text messages, No spam calls. They were very clear with what my options were and I believe they truly cared about the borrower's needs. One thing I would say they could improve is the communication between lender and borrower. Instead of having the borrower directly reach out to the lender, I would try to maybe schedule a call and give an overview about the offer you are receiving and things that may or may not change in your disclosure. I know the borrower can just call and request this information but as a courtesy to the borrower, I would have preferred a call because my disclosure changed numerous times .It would have been nice for the lender to call me about these things once in a while. Overall though, great experience. I would recommend to others.
The process of getting my loan was effortless! Ashley was was amazing agent! She was always quick at getting back to us for any questions we had! Once we got with Dene, she was on it! Making sure we had everything for our checklist was a breeze and was so helpful when we couldn't find something!
