Everything was great until the day before closing. The clear to close was not given in time for whatever reason. So closing was pushed two days. We arrived at the closing office at 10am as we were signing the paperwork we noticed one of the forms had a misspelled name. The title company reached out to Veterans United and they stated all documents had to be resigned. Knowing this you would think we would be prioritized but no. After resigning they uploaded the documents to you guys and it took entirely too long. I reached out and was told the title company sent the paperwork to the wrong bank, which I do not believe. Then I had no choice but to leave for other obligations I had. I left without my keys or anything to the house. For whatever reason feet were being dragged on the paperwork. I received the paperwork and keys by the end of the day.

He handled everything so well during this transaction.

The process with Veterans United was absolutely flawless! I couldn’t ask for a better group to have had by my side during the home buying process

Purchasing a home can be frustrating and Veterans United made the frustration very minimal. Whenever we had a question they had an answer.

Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.

We were honest when reaching out to veterans united and gave them a short time line. They worked with us and made sure we were ready the entire time. They made sure to answer all questions and were always available.

Working with everyone was super easy and made the process as painless as possible. Buying our first home was a big stress and everyone that helped us took that stress right off of our shoulders! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

There were bumps in the whole process, but there are bumps no matter what. Maybe a little better communication, but even saying that is not really a red flag simply because everyone's situation is gonna be different because we all have different lives. Doing anything less than great would have been me not getting this house and I did so I will forever be grateful for my team of Bill,, Anna, and Sierra. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We were in dire straights, our home had mold and I am disabled from Iraq. We turned to an internet search and we found Veteran's United. We went from a hotel to air bnb, but the team was there with us throughout the wait. Their kind words kept me sane, and my mind at ease. They never said we can't or anything negative to us. Sometimes I thought they were Superheroes. I will sing their praises, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all my Veteran friends, and once again for me and my wife Katrina, and daughter Peyton thanks for our GREAT home and new lease on life. Toby and Grace warrant much higher than a 10 rating. Their exceptional performance, communication and care can't be overstated. This team, My team, has set the bar very high for others to strive for. Amazing team!!
