he was clear on the water test problems i had but i wish he would have let me know i could of technically had the nieghbor as third party to pull my water test and saved $400 maybe he did and i wasnt listening very possible lolbut we got it done the only thing im not happy about is the enterest rates but there nothing we can do about that lol
