This is my third home with Kaleb and his team, every time they have been amazing. The process is always so easy and it makes it enjoyable. I tell anyone I know who is doing a VA loan to use Veterans United.

Thank you for all the help.

I just completed a refinance for a lower rate. Lily and Drew made the process incredibly easy and pain free. I would recommend Veterans United to all of my fellow veterans.

Couldn’t be easier. Great people

We had a few hiccups along the way, but I am going to say that Casey is responsive , I would always reach out to him in the future, my 2nd time with Veterans United and Casey.

Tim Alvis and Trent Monnig were very responsive and helpful. Underwriting was aggravating due to constantly requesting new or repeat information. The most aggravating part was having to stop an allotment that went to my wife’s checking account to cover monthly expenses like groceries even though I provided bank statements showing the deposit and it showed the debits from the account to grocery stores and gas stations. They called it a liability where we look at it as a good budgeting tool. Other than that the process went pretty smooth.

Veteran's United was great to work with. The loan specialists communicated well throughout the process. I enjoyed working with each associate along the way from start to finish. I would highly recommend Veteran's United.

I hate my loan being transferred. Picked Veterans united for a reason.

The team helped me tremendously with what I had going on, showed a lot of patience and was there to answer my questions even after hours

Thanks for all the help! Kyle did a great job keeping me informed, and the process moving along. Kyle made sure that any barrier to our loan, that was in his power to take care of, was handled. Any questions I had he answered, and if I called or text he always responded quickly! He is kind and considerate and definitely easy to work with! We sincerely appreciate all his efforts in getting our home refinanced.

I have to go half score this time. No one once told me Hey turn off your auto pay or your gonna have to wait weeks for your mortgage check. I would have thought the company who owns the autopay could also stop it seeing that there the ones who also did the refinance.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Joshua,
I’m really sorry for the frustration you ran into here. Not being told to turn off autopay and then having to wait weeks for a refund is understandably upsetting, especially during a refinance when timing and clarity matter so much.
I can see why you’d expect that to be handled or at least clearly communicated, and it’s disappointing that didn’t happen. Situations like this should be explained upfront so there are no surprises.
I’d like the opportunity to look into what happened and help get you some clarity. If you’re open to it, please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and we’ll follow up the next business day if you contact us after hours.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

Very professional and knowledgeable company. Their understanding of policies and procedures took stress away from our family every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier!
