This has been quite a unique journey to my first home buying experience. However, Kyle Upshaw was with me through every step, explaining what happens and what's about to happen. He was absolutely phenomenal when we were having a hard time with the Seller and their team. The team that I was assigned was phenomenal as well. But I would highly recommend to anybody that will listen.

Overall, the Team was great. Small mentions & attention to details like receiving email notifications a day or two after the action requested/mentioned in the email had already been done or discussed, and repeated requests for the correction of our names; even our last which would be correct for one of us, yet not the other.However, corrections were made, seemingly everyone works well together to make Veterans and their families feel important, appreciated and their service valued enough to cover an big part of home ownership expenses. A sincere THANK YOU to each of you~
