
Well it took awhile but it was worth it thanks

I have dealt with other companies when buying or refinancing a home quite a few times. This was a first, not in person until the final paperwork. The people we have talked with have been very professional and courteous.

I do not know if there was a disconnect between VU and the underwriters and the VA or what, but my experience was horrible. Also when I closed they added $10,000 more than I asked/wanted?????

Veterans United overall was great. The experience was extensive but good. Eric and Lisa were there to help and advise whenever I needed. Him stayed on top of my case and it was an overall good experience .
My only problem was after I closed the closing title company I believe gave me misinformation on when they were sending out or sent out my payout which I was not happy with at all. It should have been paid out on Monday the 23rd of March I was told it would be paid out on Monday but it wasn't after many phone calls, texts and emails between Eric and Boston national title and escrow the closing company which is very frustrating cuz like I said I kept getting misinformation if it was sent if it was not sent. But in the end I did receive it on Tuesday the 24th of March at 3:00 p.m. so it all turned out. Eric stayed on top of it even before office hours which I appreciated very much.


Everyone at Veterans United is absolutely wonderful! I absolutely love Heidi and her team! They are great at getting things moving quickly and efficiently and they keep me updated every step of the way. I absolutely recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to buy a home!
