These folks, Carma, Jessica, Morgan, Lauren. The whole team, they literally saved our lives. They gave us the opportunity to leave a dangerously run down home and into a new, healthy home where our family will thrive not just barely survive. They gave us a fighting chance to help my wife fight cancer in a healthy place.Veterans United, from start to finish worked with us every step of the way, and made the entire process so easy when we found our home we went from offer to close in just 3 1/2 weeks. Absolutely brilliant. From Morgan who helped us get out credit where it needed to Carma and Jessica who quick marched the loan process in short order, to Lauren who even when facing a tornado watch and shelter warning still tried to help us sort out moving issues, only relenting at my urging to go now, be safe. I mean this is it folks, this is what having veterans back is about, not nice sounding platitudes and empty gestures, but boots on the ground work and dedication.Veterans United SHOULD be 100% endorsed by the VA because I doubt anyone else could have made this miracle happen. We love you all for what you've done for our family. We wish each of you only the absolute best!

Very good experience working with VU. Thank you!!!

During PCS and ETSing, Veterans United showed incredible care and support for me every time. I was blown away by how quick and easy they were able to work with and made the entire process smooth. I loved all of the resources they provided and every staff member was awesome to work with. This was an amazing milestone in my life with transitioning out of the Army, and I feel very blessed and thankful to have had the Veterans United Team supporting me.

The process was as smooth as something as involved as a refinance could be. There were no extra random steps and erroneous VA requirements.
What we had to accomplish was clearly explained and steps outlined.

Impeccable service from Alice and her team!!!!! It was such an easy and seamless process. She always answered my questions and put me and jacob’s mind at ease. Thanks so much!!!

This is my second time using Veterans United, the first time as a single person. Overall my experience was great and I had no issues.

I highly recommend Veterans United to all my brothers and sisters in arms!

They made the process easy for me and were so helpful. I would definitely use them if you get the chance.

Thank you

Seemed many team players before getting to underwriting. At times uncertainty if making progress. There seen to be a snag working around the federal work comp issues . The requirement is awards letter was a major obstacle based on a non functional item. My case was unique. Probably one of a kind.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Nick,
Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like your loan process had some unique challenges, and I can understand how frustrating it must have been to feel uncertain about the progress along the way. Federal work comp issues can definitely add extra layers of complexity, and I’m sorry if that made things more difficult for you.
I appreciate you sticking with us through it all, and we’d love to hear more about how we could have made things smoother for you. If you’d like to chat, feel free to reach out at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, but you can email anytime.

Buying a house can be very complicated and time -consuming. Phil, Trenton, and Eric, Shawn and all staff made it as easy for me as they possibly could.

We spoke with other lenders but decided on Veterans United because they were so communicative-they were prompt, professional and readily available for all our questions. Everything was done efficiently using available technologies making it all the easier.

Veterans United has been only great to me and my family! They have make the house hunting and purchasing processes easy for me and my family every time. I worked with my loan officer the second time randomly assigned this time and I'm very grateful just like the first time around. 10/10 would recommend
