Unfortunately the purpose of my refinance was to repair problems in my home. I had to make the repairs prior to closing and only was able to do so because my son loaned me money. I was told things then told something different several times. Communication could have been better.

Halfway through my refinance process, Schandler had to take over for the previous loan officer. I was concerned that I would have to repeat a bunch of stuff to get him spun up but that was not the case at all. It felt like he was there the whole time. literally could not have been a smoother process. Very impressed with the communication between the loan officers and their communication with me.
