From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Closing was delayed, lack of communication from team on why there is a delay. Too many coordinators involved. Sr loan officer stopped engaging after contract was turned in.
Credits weren’t given to make up for the money I spent on hotel fees due to the delay and in addition to having to extend delivery of my items that I brought from Canada to Oklahoma.Would recommend a leader to align with team on expectations. Won’t recommend to friends. To many other lenders out there

Ryan was very helpful and he really dumbed the whole loan process down for me and I’m so grateful for that, b/c this is my first home. I was very nervous initially, but Ryan and Veterans United made me feel confident almost immediately and throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend their services!
Veterans United was the perfect fit for us! They have a top-notch team that helped us along every step of the home buying process. Ryan, the loan officer was absolutely awesome. He answered all of the questions we had and never left us in the dark. He was always friendly and courteous and took the time to keep us posted on the process. The underwriters (who we never directly talked to) were fast and very efficient. I can't really believe how fast everything really went. Tammy our real estate agent, went above and beyond for us. It took us months to find the perfect house, and she stood by us the entire time. She was always a call or text away. She listened to all our wants and needs and never pushed us in any direction we didn't want to go. First American Title company was fully prepared the day of closing and the staff there was also very friendly and courteous. Overall this experience was flawless. We give them two thumbs up, an A++++ rating, and we would highly recommend Veterans United for all your one-stop shop home buying needs!
