Ryan was very helpful and he really dumbed the whole loan process down for me and I’m so grateful for that, b/c this is my first home. I was very nervous initially, but Ryan and Veterans United made me feel confident almost immediately and throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend their services!

Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! The underwriters (who we never directly talked to) were fast and very efficient. I can't really believe how fast everything really went. Tammy our real estate agent, went above and beyond for us. It took us months to find the perfect house, and she stood by us the entire time. She was always a call or text away. She listened to all our wants and needs and never pushed us in any direction we didn't want to go. First American Title company was fully prepared the day of closing and the staff there was also very friendly and courteous. Overall this experience was flawless.
