Home buying is an arduous process and can be overwhelmingly daunting. VU has the process from getting pre-approved to moving as simple as can be. During my experience, I had been telling others how much I was enjoying working with Kody and the team, but would reserve my final thoughts until I had seen the process through. Locking in loan options and underwriting speed could be improved. Market volatility greatly impacted the process and it would be innovative for Veterans United to make it possible to lock or shield during volatility.
