Tim Alvis would be great for someone who is NOT buying their first house. He would be a great candidate for someone who is an experienced buyer. It was not a good experience for me and my husband and we were disappointed in his complacency that ultimately changed our closing date and our view of veterans United home loans.

Wyatt from the beginning made home-buying easy. His knowledge, care for details, and explanations made me and my family feel absolutely comfortable throughout this process.I asked Wyatt at least 100 questions throughout my home-buying experience and he was able to expertly answer them all with no issues. Topics such as disability ratings and benefits, mortgage rates, lender credits, closing costs, and the list goes on and on. He made me feel like I never asked a dumb question (even though I had a few) and if he was busy would always get back to me as soon as he could.Not only would he answer every question I had but he would take the time to truly explain every question. I never once felt like I didn’t understand what was going on in any of the phases of home-buying.
