I was a first time homeowner when I came across VU. It was unexpected as I really wasn’t wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy- but I could not take the Florida heat anymore so I started looking in the mountains. Veterans United made the whole process concierge level service. You don’t find customer service like this anywhere else anymore. I cannot say enough good about this company! I have used Veterans United for several of my home purchases and each time it been an awesome experience. Recently they rescue me from a construction loan conversion gone bad. They were able to do in one months what three other lenders failed to do in seven months of trying to close the loan. Thanks to Tom and Amanda we were able to finally close on our mortgage and move into our new home and put a stop to paying over $5900 per month in interest only payments for seven months on a construction loan.
