The whole loan team, especially my loan officer Tyson Smith, was extremely responsive, transparent, and helpful throughout the home buying process. They were also able to get us to close in time (in under a month).

I would recommend explaining how the bundled plan works and as the buy if they want to apply their bundled benefits towards buying down their interest rate.
