They were always available to answer any questions or concerns. The process of submitting paperwork on line through their portal was easy and very secure.

Trump shouldn't be touching what the taxpayers pay into for our social safety nets like Medicare, Social Security, Unemployment or Food Stamps or VA Benefits, just to pay for tax breaks for the wealthy. Is nothing sacred? A living wage for a minimum wage would level the playing field, so working people wouldn't need to depend on the government supplemental incomes.

I would recommend Veterans United, as we’ve used them in the past; however, this time wasn’t as smooth of a process. The communication between our “team” was less than optimal. What we thought we were getting and what “our team” thought didn’t line up for a bit, but ultimately we made it work. We also missed the initial closing date due to proofreading on our loan team. Somehow they missed the date on our papers not reflecting the correct date 30 minutes before we were supposed to close. Overall, not our best experience with a VA lender but like I said, we made it to the finish line and closed, so that’s the plus.
