If you’re ever nervous about buying a home or refinancing, do what I did. Call Mike Patzius first and if he’s unavailable I’m certain you’ll receive the same level of care, respect, and professionalism that I received from both Mike and Shawna throughout the whole process. While I was a complete mess from start to close, I received explanations that I could understand, and like I said it was a lot less stressful once I got the team at VU involved. They’re SAVAGE!!! No matter where you live they’ll take care of you. Trust me I live in BFE, Maine and they came to my house. Talk about service! Thanks again guys.
