Pro-Good Service, good app. I really liked my primary point of contact who was very knowledgeable.Con- Don't accept their first rate. Shop around and have them match it. They offered me 0.7 over what I negotiated down to. Also, some of the support staff know their specific part of the process, but are not knowledgeable on the whole process. Seek expert advise on things like insurance.

If you decide to get a VA home loan with Veterans United, which you should. Make sure you ask for Aaron Guinn to be your loan officer. He is by far the best in the business. As a first-time home buyer, it can be daunting. Aaron was there every step of the way. No matter the question or time of day he was always available. He was more involved than my actual realtor. Not only that, but in 17 days was able to get closed on our house! I would never buy a house again without finding Aaron and making sure he was behind the wheel making it all happen again. Veterans United is who they are because of Aaron Guinn 🫡
