Very excited about closing on my new Lake home. That being said, I’m inclined to rate VU team with a 10. In this case however, they were truly great in every respect from my questions and helping me to understand my options moving forward through the process. I asked for a fairly quick closing and they made it happen. When you don’t understand the complexities and process in purchasing a new home, it takes a dedicated team of professionals like Veterans United to make it happen for this very happy veteran. We had a great experience with Veterans United. I worked with Brandon, Caytlin, Ali, and Stephanie and it was truly a seamless process. We worked without a realtor (aka we didn’t know anything) and they helped us literally every step of the way and guided us through the whole process. I know there is sometimes some skepticism to use a VA loan in a competitive market because of timelines, etc but the team was able to meet every deadline with days to spare. I am so happy we got paired with this team to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.
