We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals. I was very impressed with the customer service, software applications, and timeliness from start to finish. We will absolutely come back on our next home search!

smooth sailing thru the entire process

The online process went ok for the most part. App was troublesome at times due to operating system updates. Navigating of it was fine and intuitive however direct feedback from inputs would have been appreciated. Clarification of items requested was the most challenging due to terminology and expected responses.
Only other concern was lateness of requests within the process.
