There were a few hiccups and speed bumps, and the process seemed to drag on a bit at times but overall, jake and katie were great. They were patient, understanding, and bent over backwards to move this process along as quickly as they could. I don't think I could have had two better people on my side, helping me through this.

Anne's Loan Coordinator was not responsive. He did an initial introduction via the app but never responded to any of my inquiries or provided me information that I needed regarding the loan process.

They cared and always followed through , never dropping the bal and always making sure I had answers to my questions and everything I needed so that all the paperwork was finished on time and everything went through.
