What impressed me most about Shane is that he knew when not to press. I was very unsure whether or not I wanted to purchase a home when I sought preapproval. He never made me feel pressured, allowing me to proceed at my own pace. Then once I was ready, months later, so was he. Every step was smooth and professional.
