Eric, listens doesn't try to pressure and understood what we was looking at right now and in the future. We will continue to go with Eric in the future because his customer service and attention to the client is above and beyond what I have ever seen. This is coming from someone that has worked in customer service for 30+ years. Veteran's United should be appreciative of the type of person and employee they have working for them. Start to signing in 2 weeks. Awesome.

We chose Veterans United out the many VA loan specialist out there after reading a few reviews, and we are more than happy that we did. Now, while i cannot speak for any other company, I can say that VU made the entire loan process so simple and painless it was like auto pilot! You get your own Loan Concierge who walks you through everything from coordinating all the documents you will need, to insurance, and movers. They cover everything! I cannot say enough, they are outstanding!
The whole team was amazing. They all answered my questions promptly when I asked and made the process seem effortless on my part.
