Keep in mind you have to be willing to do the work! Get your ducks in a row and be realistic about your home buying expectations. 100% honesty? I've always been against loans and credit but with the economy today, there's no getting around either when you want to buy/invest in a home. Veterans United made getting a loan easy and they helped me every step of the way and beyond. Larry Burr and the rest of the team did an amazing job. They made refinancing my home effortless and smooth. My wife and I thought it be a painful process, but it was far from painful. We were constantly updated on kept up to date throughout the entire process.

I would recommend, There is only 1 issue. it is my understanding the HELOC could have been kept open by filling a form. we where unaware that the HELOC would close, we didnt want it to close. We will work this out with that company. However all things considered, the speed and everything , Nicole was great and I would highly recomend.

I looked into them over a year ago but they don't do construction loans. They continued to reach out and see if I was still interested. I thought the other mortgage company was going to be good but they started to act dumb, passing off issues to others in the company and didn't know how to do their job. Made the switch and it was not only easy but very transparent. If I had questions, they responded immediately and if they didn't have the answer they let me know but they also worked to get it. It was a small team but very efficient. Can't sing the praises enough.
