Very satisfied as of now

Zach Roberts is a great loan officer. Responds quickly and always kept us updated in the process. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family for mortgage needs.

Jeffery was also very helpful to me as I work thru the process of refinancing

Veterans United sticks closer than a friend. The word United is what they are with their clients. Respect; patience; integrity, the triple crown of service.

I really appreciate Rob and his team help me through this process. They made the process as easy as possible and when a hiccup arose, they jumped in after hours to solve it!

Really thank you guys for your hard work.

Veterans United is very professional and easy to work with. They listen to what your needs are and work hard to make them happen.

Thanks for the work to help a veteran

Great job as always. Thank you

The team at Veteran's United demonstrated how a team works together with customers to accomplish a challenging and sometimes daunting task. To all veterans out there, Karrie and I highly recommend this team with our highest possible recommendation. They care about your financial strategy and will do their absolute best to help you achieve your goals. They will help you explore solutions that make sense for you while working to find the best possible financial solution. You've earned this kind of effort and Veterans United is proud to provide it.

Another great experience with veterans United ! Made my refinance really simple and fast , any issue that popped up were taken care of by Chace or a member of his team ASAP . Please keep up the good work

Scott and Michael both did an outstanding job. What seemed like the finish line would never be crossed, these guys both crushed it. With a particularly difficult situation that we were in, I'm not sure any other place would have tried nearly as hard as they did.

We LOVE Veterans United. Jon Abernathy and the ENTIRE staff are the absolute best.Thank you to EVERYONE

The process can be confusing for those of us who are not well versed on how everything works. It can be very difficult to understand. The only suggestion I would make, because the website with the to do list helps a lot, is to gather all the data first, all the documentation, and then set the closing date 30 days out, just in case there are any issues, or any further documentation is needed. I know it can be unpredictable, but it seems the standard two weeks out just is not enough; therefore it has to be extended over and over again. In order to ensure the process runs smoothly, I think a standard 30 days would be a lot better. I also think that getting all necessary documentation before the process is even initiated would be better as well, thank you.
